Feed My Starving Children

Great news! We are partnering once again with Feed My Starving Children to pack meals for the children of Haiti. Our first event was an enormous success. We had no idea of the timing, but God did. The meals were in place for use after the tragic earthquake struck, when they were most needed. Just imagine the thankfulness of the people when they experienced such generosity from complete strangers!
We are doing it again, this time for one action packed day! By jumping in for an inspiring two-hour shift, your hands and feet will make an enormous impact in the lives of countless children.

Flamingo Road Church made a difference in 2009:

Flip us a Bird donated 1,900 turkeys, 300 hams and 600 pies to feed the homeless.
Feed my Starving Children Event - over 1,600 volunteers packed 270,000 meals for Haiti.
Toy Drive - we collected over 2,000 toys and delivered them to needy children
Hospital Outreach and Prison Outreach

Serving Opportunities

Feed the Homeless - We partner with Broward Outreach Center to cook and serve meals to the homeless the first and third Saturday of the month.
Mission Peru - We have two missions trips planned:
Pensacola Elevate dates: 3/6/2010 to 3/14/2010
Cooper City Rush dates: 3/26/2010 to 4/2/2010
