Every Sunday, hundreds of volunteers show up and work together in their unique role to create an amazing environment for our kids. FRC Kids is totally volunteer-fueled and wouldn't exist without the leadership and commitment of our volunteers. Each volunteer has a part to play on our team. There are so many areas for YOU to serve too:
Small Group Leader: Serves as the primary role model for the same group of eight to ten kids on a weekly basis. All of our weekly volunteers are the champions of our ministry!
Parent Helpers: Volunteer on a rotating basis to assist our weekly small group leaders.
Coach: Provides leadership and support to a team of small group leaders and oversees the services from greeting to small groups to dismissal.
Lagoon Greeting Team: Welcomes all families as they arrive and guides them through the entire process of checking into FRC Kids.
Program Team: Hourly host, storytellers and tech crew members who lead out during the large group teaching portion of our worship hour.
Resource Team: Volunteer during the week to help prepare and organize all resources in preparation for the weekend services.
Graphic Artists: Design various set and facility items to create an engaging environment for our ministry.
Video/Photography Team: Help provide support to our ministry through these visual media venues which will be used in a wide variety of ways.
